Temperature - warm. Flavour - tasteless. Pulled pork sandwich with hunks the size of a child's foot (this is a sandwich) and bbq sauce - dark brown and tasteless. Doesn't even smell like bbq. Skip it. Buffalo chicken yeech.

I liked the chicken tenders, but the molten lava cookie was over baked. I couldn't even bite into the cookie. It seems like it would be a good recipe when they make it correctly.

Pretty decent BBQ for the neighborhood. Mac and cheese is always a good bet. Delivery is not the fastest but reliable. Sometimes they don't include plastic utensils so if you need some remember to ask.

Great food. I'm a vegetarian and the veggie burger is always very good. The fries usually are cold and soggy by the time you get your food though because its takes a while longer then the estimated time.

Solid menu variety - pretty decent for bar food cravings. Special instructions on delivery orders have been executed perfectly. Pink lemonade is delicious!

I love the buffalo chicken sandwich. The portions are HUGE too! And all the sides are great - the sweet potato fries are awesome.

The delivery person ruined my meal. The dessert arrive open and upside spilling the key lime pie's raspberry sauce all over the fries. To top it off as well the meal arrived cold! Don't even think about delivery from this place.

I was craving ribs, but this was a BAD idea: fatty, tasteless, and definitely didn't hit the spot. If you want diner food, this would be passable. But for a BBQ craving, it's a definite no-go.

The first time I ordered from here the burger was great, best I have been able to find. The second time I ordered the burger well done and it came medium rare, discuting, the fries were soaked in grease. I woke up in the middle of the night sick! Such a shame I was a return customer and now very dissapointed.

Standard BBQ but nothing spectacular. I mean, what kind of southern BBQ joint doesn't serve corn bread with their meal?? Also, their crab cakes were dry. For the quality of the food the prices are too high. If you want REAL QUALITY BBQ, go to Blue Smoke on 28th ST. Unfortunately, they do not deliver. You may pay a little more, but you DEFINITELY get what you pay for!

Duke's is always a good lunch option, albeit a little pricier than I'd like. It's close to my office so I always enjoy placing a pick up order when the weather's alright. I stay with the chicken sandwiches, but the burgers are good too. I also like that you can choose any side to swap out for the fries that come with sandwiches (though some will cost extra).

The Mac-n-cheese was (as usual) wonderful. The chicken was tender, tasty and delicious. The Red Velvet cake would've been divine but for the fact they dumped cherry juice all over it, rendering it not Red Velvet, but Strawberry Shortcake. Who made THAT decision? Originally from the south, I know what Red Velvet is supposed to taste like. What a disappointment! Therefore I can only give them 4 stars.

Duke's was always my favorite lunch spot when I worked at Union Sq., but I didn't know until recently that they had a branch by my new place in Murray Hill. I was so excited that I ordered the first day! I was a little nervous that it wouldn't be as good as a delivery meal, but although it took about 40 mins. (well worth the wait!) my chicken sandwich and potatoes were steaming hot and fresh as if they'd just come out of the kitchen. Deliveryman was friendly, too. Thanks, Dukes!!!

I have eaten at Duke's many times. However, I couldn't be more disappointed in the delivery. Not only was the food NOT HOT, but it was incorrect. We ordered the Southern Comfort Burger. It's supposed to come lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheese (we ordered without cheese) and bbq sauce. The burger came with cheese and sauteed onions, and a piece of string!!!! THATS ALLLLLL. Nothing that was supposed to come on it did, and they replaced it all with onions. If we wanted onions we would have asked for them. It is a huge disappointment and we will certainly not be ordering from there again. I advise you to do the same.

Our order showed up half missing, even though we'd prepaid via seamless web. Delivery guy shrugged his shoulders even though his printed ticket showed all our food listed on the order. The one sandwich that did show up was cold and pretty limp. When we called, the customer service person was trying to be helpful but this is pretty crazy - isnt the purpose of seamless web that they get the order right the first time? Last time I order from here for sure..

This restaurant is terrible. The BBQ is awful. I don't know who gave them 5 stars. No taste, beef is tough. Would never order from this restaurant again.

Below average. Order arrived without utensils or napkins which was very inconvenient. Corn was mushy and flavorless. Ribs were just okay. I would not order from this place again.

It wasn't bad. The dry rub and the BBQ sauce on the ribs was more tangy than flavorful. Tasted like tamarinds were used in the sauce. The grilled sweet potato was not as cooked as I would have liked. THe Mississippi pie is ice cream cake and not pie. Overall, not bad, but they did also forget to give me utensils. Not fantastic, but not horrible. I would order from here again if I want BBQ food.
